Mark your calendar today and join us on April 26 for ENC’s Spring Benefit Concert for Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore.
The concert begins at 7:30 pm and will feature the talented voices of:
- the Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) Chamber Singers
- the ENC A Cappella Alumni choir
- PLUS this year’s special guests: the 4th and 5th grade chorus from the South Shore Christian Academy
A rich and memorable experience
Under the direction of Dr. Tim Shetler, Choir Master at ENC, and Professor Kevin Smith, ENC Music Department Head, the all a cappella concert promises to be “a rich and memorable experience,” says Herb Newell, Executive Director of Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore.
Children’s voices join the adults
“And ENC’s Spring Benefit Concert promises to be even better this year, as we welcome the South Shore Christian Academy’s children’s chorus,” Newell says. They will perform music “Through Children’s Eyes” guided by chorus Director Nancy O’Connor.
“At our new venue, Wollaston Church of the Nazarene in Quincy, Mass., we expect all three groups will create wonderful harmonies to celebrate spring and raise money for our programs,” he says. “We thank ENC, the South Shore Christian Academy, and the church for their support in bringing our message to South Shore residents.”
Free to all
ENC’s Spring Benefit concert is free to all who attend, but a donation to Friends of the Homeless is encouraged.
